Monthly Pledge Instructions

If you would like to pledge monthly please fill our pledge card, Monthly Pledge Card.

Please do not include the missionary’s name on the check. 

You can stick a post it note or piece of paper in the envelope with the name of the missionary on it.

Before October 8^th, please return this pledge card and the first month pledge to the following address:
